In Acute ACTH stimulation test the value > 10 ng/ml is diagnostic of non-classical CAH. In a female patient with a family history of hirsutism, it should be done to rule out Non-classical CAH.

#TART A 12-year-old boy, was a diagnosed case of CAH on the lower doses of steroid and irregular treatment, develops multiple hypoechoic lesions within the testis (arrows) representing testicular adrenal rest tumour(TART). Appropriate steroid dosing can prevent this complication.
