Physician payments in the Medicare program are being cut in 2025. In fact, over the past 4 years, physician payments have been reduced 8%. So I am not sure "reap big bonuses" is what is happening.... modernhealthcare.com/insurance/kais… via Modern Healthcare

Continuity of care is a key to better health and better outcomes and is a foundation of being patient centered. Noncompete clauses are the opposite. They protect the interest of the health system over those of the patient.
