I don’t think diversity training can fix this.

Today has shown police don’t need de-escalation training, they choose who to escalate on, that’s not a training issue. Police don’t need unconscious bias training, they are conscious of their bias.

Remember this:

We're not surprised that police opened the barricades in support of today’s attempted coup. It’s just yet another example of how white supremacist terrorism is enmeshed with the American state. When we say abolish the police, we mean it.
