The pig cheek starter with guanciale+ smoked apple puree a must from this superb 3 course dinner menu No 14 At The Georgian House for £35 . I rarely bypass the scallops . A wee veda taster with salmon mousse , eel + caviar was a delight . Six hour short rib for mains . Great food / service Jim
