Glad my boy only played 2 quarters of JV to save himself for the 2 minutes of Varsity playing time. That is really helping him become a better basketball player.

Eli Herbert made his return after a 6-game absence from an illness and scored 10 points and made some key issues down the stretch in a 66-57 win over Kearney. Stylz Blackmon had a game-high 20 points and Aaron Barr had 11.

Team culture is the heart of your program. The environment in which players learn & interact is key for the success of your team. What you as the coach allow, emphasize, reinforce, teach & accept on a daily basis determines how well your players grow, improve & work together!

The better team did not win tonight. But the better coached team won tonight.

The more you reward the bare minimum workers and the more you accept bare minimum effort , the more you’ll get your doors blown off. You won’t just lose. You’ll lose badly. You get what you reward and you get the effort you tolerate.
