Our legal team is on its way to fight for voting rights this morning at the MN Supreme Court! 55k Minnesotans won the right to vote last year. If you are on probation or people for a felony, YOU CAN VOTE!

The ACLU-MN and Faegre Drinker just supported freedom for all at the MN Supreme Court this morning. We argued to protect voting rights for people with felony convictions who are out of prison or on work release.

The ability to choose our government is a fundamental part of having a functional democracy. It’s of the utmost importance that all Minnesotans have an equal and meaningful chance to have their vote count. We are proud to support this precious right today, and always.
