A1: I feel like the way I am building confidence is by telling myself it's okay that I will fail! #808educate

A1: Everyday I am trying something new to see if it something that is worth continuing or not. I have make myself in the mindset that it's okay to fail. #808educate

A2: Rethink the student teacher experience b/c as I'm currently mentoring a new teacher this qrt, I feel that my mentee needs more day 2 day support. It would be great if she had a text, tweet, or online group to reach out to colleagues or other professionals in her cohort

A1: I completely agree!! This has been so tough since my school has such strict cohorts and tight schedules that I am unable to get into my mentee's class since I don't have many open blocks.

A2: I think it has been hard! I have more mtgs as a rep because they don't want to bombard Ts with too many meetings. But I do feel that everyone wants to be part of the discussion. As a GL, we're sharing the perspective of our peers as much as we can to help everyone be heard.

I would live a balance for sure. I miss being able to collect my students on the carpet for a pair share or a simple read aloud.
