One thing the Carnivore Diet & GAPS has taught me is that it’s perfectly ok to eat meat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. While worry about what they are going to cook, I always know what I’m eating… usually some kind of meat + fat + fermented food. Major time saver!

Currently finishing off my business plan to submit for a government grant through the SEAP. Once accepted I think it's worth between $700 to $990 per fortnight for about 39 weeks they'll be giving me, plus a one-time initial bonus of $300... in total about $20k in funding!
