The magic of Major League doesn’t exist without Bob Uecker. His commentary was perfect and no other voice could have filled that role. A legendary commentator whose voice will be missed forever. Rest easy Bob.

Happy 69th birthday to Dave Patterson. Patterson was a 2nd round draft pick by the Dodgers in 1976. He spent 4 seasons in the minor leagues before making his MLB debut with LA in 1979. He appeared in 36 games as a reliever in what would be his only big league season.
