The Sim Agro reverse merger with $CBDW is dead and never existed. Instead Sim Agro is unloading non-producing assets onto CBDW for $11.7M and who knows how many billions in dilution. Austin and Greg will get their share of the $11.7M for going along with the deal.

Question: How is $cbdw going to close the $11.7M deal with just 204 M shares when at the current price it computes to 170 B shares? I'd like someone to figure that one out and report back.
