Find ways to lift other people up. Help them feel valued, special and important. Text the person you’ve been thinking about texting. Make a phone call to your parents, your sweetheart or friends. You’ll never regret it.

What if you just enjoyed the process in the present moment? What if instead of chasing a carrot throughout the entirety of your life, you felt grateful for how far you’ve come and where you are now? What if you stopped comparing your life to others? What if?

Would you take 50 million dollars in exchange for only one more day to live? Probably not… Then, why aren’t you enjoying today and each second in it as if it’s worth 50 million dollars+. You may never get it back. Be present. Breathe. One day you won’t be able to.
