Common Mistakes Athletes make who train on their own: - Training too heavy (Lots of maxing out, forced reps, missed reps, grind reps, slow reps) - Excess Chest & Biceps - Bridging While Benching - Lack of Lower Body Training - Half Squats - Lack of Unilateral Training
