@SophRossss People always brag about how early they wake up but ask them when they go to bed. Some people I know say 7:30 or 8 pm. You’re probably doing the same things just at different times. It’s just that waking up early has always been glorified

One of my to-dos today is to stop all my auto posts to Twitter. It's still a good strategy, but this platform is losing it and I don't wanna look like someone who's "business as usual, I don't mind what billionaires do with their money."

One nice thing about removing Twitter from my content plan is that I can focus on connections elsewhere... you know, where they're not pretending they live in a vacuum

I made the mistake of giving my autistic brother the task of washing his bedsheets and towels, and then shortly after, inviting him to go out for errands. We can NOT go out until the stuff is out of the dryer and finished. Duh, Rochelle!

As you set intentions to be more mindful of your use of technology, consider this: developers design things on purpose. If you can't find an easy way to turn off notifications or even sign out of an app, they intended it that way. Be aware of where you spend your time and energy!
