Baseball Cody Fagley and Owen Dye each drove in 4 runs on 3 hits as Lakeview beat Jamestown 18-1. Meadville beat Mercyhurst 3-2 in a thriller. The Lakers tied the game in the 7th on a two-out error before Rocco Tartaglione ripped a walk-off RBI single for Meadville

Baseball AJ Feleppa tossed 5 shutout innings and Rocco Tartaglione drove in 2 as Meadville beat Harbor Creek 5-3. Alex Clark homered and Charlie Swanson drove in 3 runs as General McLane beat Conneaut 11-1. Jason Fultz homered again but Cathedral Prep lost at St. Francis 7-5.

Meadville will face Scranton Prep in a Class 4A baseball subregional on Thursday at 4 p.m. at Mount Aloysius College. If the Bulldogs win they will face the WPIAL champion in the first round of the state playoffs next week
