Final: Meadville 5, Harbor Creek 3. Huskies scored three in the top of the seventh but the ‘Dogs survive. Jacoby Thompson, Bradyn Miller, Brighton Anderson with doubles. Rocco Tartaglione had a triple. Bulldogs move to 12-5 on the season and will host GM on Monday

Baseball AJ Feleppa tossed 5 shutout innings and Rocco Tartaglione drove in 2 as Meadville beat Harbor Creek 5-3. Alex Clark homered and Charlie Swanson drove in 3 runs as General McLane beat Conneaut 11-1. Jason Fultz homered again but Cathedral Prep lost at St. Francis 7-5.

Meadville will face Scranton Prep in a Class 4A baseball subregional on Thursday at 4 p.m. at Mount Aloysius College. If the Bulldogs win they will face the WPIAL champion in the first round of the state playoffs next week
