13 years ago I lived on this street (with 6 friends - how on earth did we fit in there 🤣) And today I'm working in one of the shiny new buildings in the background! Couldn't resist going to see my old student house 😄

One way to #EmbraceEquity this IWD 👉 make roles available on a part time basis and make sure your advert says so! Looking for a new job when you don't/can't work 5 days 9-5 is tricky. Most adverts are unclear whether part time is considered or not 🤷‍♀️

Tried the coworking space at Bloc in Manchester today. Much better than 111 Piccadilly, worth the £12 a day to get out and enjoyed a Moose lunch too 👌

Our 1st in real life meet up as a team today. Loved hearing everyone's personal presentations - so many revelations! And really enjoyed facilitating a session on our Purpose and Values as a team 😊
