Very poor service from Tesco home delivery. Very late, no call to advise us and no apology when they do finally arrive. Not to mention the grey Finest ham!!

What a terrible service from Sainsbury's food to order! Arrive at the store to find food not available, no notification, no refund and they don’t answer their customer services phone line. Poor show

Thanks British Airways for cancelling our flight today with just a few hours notice. I assume you will be covering all my additional costs to get back? New flight, taxi from Gatwick to Heathrow, extra days car parking, etc?

Don’t expect understanding and support from P&O Cruises in the event your Dad dies the week before your cruise. Job’s worth responses. No help in a difficult situation to move to a later cruise. Very poor!
