I did what 99% of creators think is impossible - I legally defeated YouTube. How does YouTube react? They're pretending it never happened. Let me tell you a story that proves the system is designed to crush creators - even when you WIN legal case and the law is on your side 👇

Still asking for a manual review of my YouTube channel. A prior demonetization for “spam/deceptive practices” was overturned after human review, yet the channel was later terminated under the same policy with no new violations cited. That contradiction deserves a real review.

Another day asking for a human review. My channel was previously reviewed by a real person and cleared, then later terminated for the same policy category with no explanation of what changed. Automation shouldn’t override prior human decisions without accountability.

Day 380+ without my YouTube channel. Appealed. Rejected. Appealed again. Instantly denied — no explanation, no human review. At this point I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for basic due process. Transparency shouldn’t be this hard. TeamYouTube

At some point YouTube needs to be honest about how much enforcement is handled by automation. When appeals are instantly rejected, explanations are copy-pasted, and no specific violations are cited, it doesn’t feel like a human decision — it feels like an AI rubber stamp.

Same Here, I'm also sueing YouTube and Google Adsense... My lawyer and I will be sending out a LBA today. For 7+ months TeamYouTube demonetized my YT channel of over 50k subs which came about cause my Google AdSense account was wrongfully closed by their AI bot flagging me for

Another day waiting for a human review. Automated enforcement can move fast. Accountability shouldn’t move this slowly. Creators deserve explanations, not templates. TeamYouTube

Over the past few months, I’ve watched 30+ creators publicly share that their YouTube channels were reinstated after long delays — often only once a human review finally happened. That’s encouraging, but it also raises a hard question: why is human review so difficult to access

A prior enforcement under “spam/deceptive practices” was overturned after human review. Monetization was restored. Months later, the channel was terminated under the same policy with no new violations cited. That contradiction deserves a real review. TeamYouTube
