Payton Hisel of Waukesha West HS dislocated her ankle in a regional final Saturday night and won't play tonight vs. New Berlin Eisenhower Lions in a D2 sectional semi. Hisel has had a terrific year for West and is also a high-level softball player. Tough break. Freeman Sports
