I see many people here struggling with alcoholism or recovering from alcoholism, I’m watching my older beautiful, disciplined( former military) sister drinking and eating herself into oblivion, and don’t know how to help her. I’m not good at telling others how to live their lives

Can someone PLEASE give some suggestions. I have to find a way to help her, without her becoming super pissed at me. I cherish our relationship.
