This is the kind of deregulation we need. Bin TABs, bin MSFs, bin reflections, bin CPDs, bin regulatory annual appraisals, bin 5 yearly revalidation. We don't need regulatory affirmation on an annual or 5 yearly basis. We can have an employer lead annual appraisal process for
