Some time over the Weekend birding Yarmouth Cemetery. An elusive YBW calling occasionally deep in canopy, Goldcrests in every tree,flocks Redwing+Fieldfare,and at least 70+ Continental Blackbirds in Cemetery + to top it off Redwings pouring in off the sea. Autumn migration magic!

Sylvia/curruca are my favourite genus of bird by far. Studying SARDINIAN WARBLERS at close range back in November in la palma,Canaries and unwrapped this book on xmas day rounded up my xmas and Year very well!
