Happy Patient Experience Week! I am honored to serve on such an amazing team here at @NYPQueens - trading in suits for scrubs to support the front lines as we battle COVID-19. #PXWeek

They have a huge responsibility- to help create a culture of respect and love, and to find creative ways to drive engagement, and inspire the team to reach for the stars. This is the dream team. @nypqueens hit the jackpot with these folks. Happy Patient Experience Week!
