Mulvaney says there is a "this for that" but there is no "quid pro quo". I guess that's because he's against having Latin's in this country.

Despite a surge of young people volunteering to work the polls, some areas still face worker shortages. In cities like Philadelphia, that could mean closing polling places. "This leads to the disenfranchisement of people of color," a voter advocate says. trib.al/4xK82iI

Here's two pics of the Crab nebula that I took about 12 years apart (2006 and 2019). The nebula is noticeably smaller in the 2006 pic. Assuming a linear rate of expansion, I estimated that the supernova event happened in the year 1045 AD. It actually happened in 1054 AD.

Here's my picture of the Halloween Full Moon taken last October. Took the pic with my 10" Ritchey-Chretien telescope set up on my driveway.

A nano-sized camera developed by researchers at Princeton Engineering and University of Washington can produce images comparable to those of a traditional lens setup, which is more than 500,000x larger in volume. 📸

Took this picture of the Crab Nebula (aka M1) back on Feb. 28, 2022. Total exposure time: 130 minutes (a stack of 260 30-second exposures).

Took this picture of the Great Globular Cluster in Hercules (aka M13) five years ago. Best "seeing" I've ever experienced here in NJ. Telescope: 10" RC. Camera: Trius SX-694. Total exposure time: 26 minutes (in 20 sec increments).

Two pics I took of the Crab Nebula (aka M1) about 12.5 years apart. Using these two pics I was able to estimate that the supernova explosion that created this nebula took place at about the year 1046AD. In fact, it happened in 1054AD. Only off by 8 years. #astrophotography
