I'm a big @TheWarOnCars proponent, but David Chiu wielding CEQA against CPUC for AV expansion is just another abuse of CEQA. So gross. Come up with some good reasons if you want to halt the expansion.

People will sit at a coffee shop for an hour and drink their coffee out of a paper cup. I don’t get it. Are some people indifferent to the vessel for their coffee? Or do some people prefer paper cups? These both seem implausible.

I've taken the middle bike lane on Valencia with my kids a few times now since it officially opened and I gotta say it's a huge improvement. No more worries about getting doored by cars or hit by a car parking or leaving a spot.

Ugh, the San Francisco Bay Ferry weekend service always gets me. Twice I've scheduled events assuming I could take the ferry and both times foiled by the weekend schedule. I think at the least Amtrak and San Francisco Bay Ferry should sync on the Jack London weekend departures.

Coincidentally I was just looking up whether residents had an option for safe street parking (we don’t). Like I should be able to park my bike overnight and have it be as safe as a car on the street. But the city doesn’t provide that option.
