Beth Carpenter | TDS Weather Keith Boykin Florida refused to release the data. Nothing prevented them from releasing the data which didn’t come from Helix. This is apparently what they have been doing, unknowingly, for sometime. If they wanted to be transparent they could have noted it was subject to revision and why.
