Hey #GITwitter, here are 2 rectal lesions in the same pt that provide a nice contrast in MS/MV 1️⃣ At the dentate, a Paris 1s+2a lesion with JNET 2A + 2B low ➡️ H-ESD(TVA+HGD) 2️⃣ A few cm proximal, a Paris 2a+2c, JNET 2B high vs. JNET III ➡️ ESD (well-diff adenoCA SM2)
