Clear data comes out about a racist exam that keeps Black & Brown folks from being social workers & White admin & faculty are like, well, we need to "be scientific," "evaluate," "have a process." Meanwhile the exam isn't scientific & their eval & process were racist. 1/

I completely agree. We (especially us men in sw) are part of the problem. We can be part of the solution. What system of oppression are we allowing to continue in social work by just looking the other way? We need to speak up and be active bystanders.
