Following the 🇺🇸 proposal for a 30-day ceasfire which 🇺🇦 seems in agreement with. I am convinced, have always been, that peace is achieved through diplomacy, not through the barrel of a gun. This is 🇲🇹's position, a strong advocate for peace. We hope for a permanent ceasefire.-RA
