Louisville science teacher and head FB and T&F coach Chase Rasby announced today that he would be resigning from the school district at the end of the academic year. Chase has made a positive impact on hundreds of students w/ his teaching and coaching at Louisville.

Today the next chapter of my life became official. I signed my contract to become the Director of Student Services at Conestoga. I am thankful for my 17 years at Louisville and look forward to this new challenge!

As Teacher Appreciation week nears, understand we have a teacher shortage because we have an attrition crisis. Teachers are leaving in droves because they don’t feel supported, valued, & they are simply burnt out. We need to take care of our teachers more than one week a year.
