#ucmoedlead and Bryan McDonald got to know each other tonight by figuring out our personalities traits based onthe north, south, east and west model.
Tonight our #ucmoedlead and Bryan McDonald focused on the importance of a staff being committed to their craft and a building having that feeling of a positive culture and climate when you enter.
Tonight #ucmolead had the opportunity to ask questions and learn from Victoria Bernhardt. She gave us great advice on what we should start with.
