Dr. Nancy Dishner, the Roan's first director, was honored at today's Trefoil Society Luncheon hosted by the Girl Scouts of the Southern Appalachians for her lasting impact on others. Many friends of the Roan were on hand to celebrate. Congratulations and thank you, Dr. Dishner!

Last Friday Austin Ramsey '21 was named by The Business Journal of Tri-Cities TN/VA to the 40 Under Forty Class of 2019. Austin is the youngest individual EVER to be named to this prestigious list, joining three other Roan Alumni who have previously received this honor.

Zachary Warren, Roan Class of 2020, will graduate this Saturday with a BS in Health Sciences. He plans to pursue a career in teaching. Way to go Zachary!

Happy first day of fall semester classes, ETSU Bucs! It's an extra special day for the Roan: there are 32 Roan Scholars on campus - the most ever. Among those 32 is a member of the Roan Class of 2024 who will graduate as our 100th Roan alum. That's a lot to celebrate! Go Bucs!
