For some wild unknown reason resident chooses IV and orders it the same dose qHS like the PO ER dose 😂

Pharm calls me back like whaaaaaa? And I'm like idk man.He also ordered ACHS insulin as PRN. like we do accuchecks 4 times a day on everyone

I tried to explain to him that when we see the insulin on the MAR it implicitly implies an accucheck. And if it's in PRN orders no one will
