Airbnb Help released new policy on Reviews. I have a review that violates TOS yet the Case Managers is misinterpreting, misunderstanding & misapplying the TOS, 10.2 Ratings & Reviews, 5.8 Content & new rules. Guest never arrived! Is this how you uphold TOS Airbnb & Brian Chesky?
