Number needed to treat of NINE For context, statins have an NNT between 60 and 250 for ASCVD prevention. Let's start treating pre-diabetes just like we do diabetes. It's the least we can do to keep our patients healthy

Quick update on my Retatrutide study (got back blood tests from Jan.) Start to present/Jan, depending on stat. BMI 48.7 down to 24.5 Weight 349.4lbs to 176lbs (49.6% of start) (cont.)

Well there's the next phase 3 Eloralintide trial, Jen Can NuSH Sleep apnea trial. Given the length of time of these trials(75 weeks) seems Lilly is anticipating 15-20% weight loss which would be what's needed for OSA improvements clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT07369…

Love our broken health care insurance system. Severe endometriosis with heavy monthly bleeding apparently isn't enough for insurance to cover ferritin and iron/TIBC labs. Absolutely 🤡🤡 show Cigna
