Some #AppellateTwitter musings: last night I listened to Uzeugbunam case - it's an interesting matter about whether the Government can moot a constitutional claim by changing its policy. The plaintiffs say their nominal damages keep the case alive. 1/ supremecourt.gov/oral_arguments…
