Day 3 post acl reconstruction and meniscus repair. Feeling really good abt leg raises with no band assistance LFG!!!

Day 5 post op Acl reconstruction and meniscus repair. Able to walk without crutches. Most can’t until their 2nd or 3rd week. Blessed by god 🙏🏽✝️

2 and a half post weeks post ACL reconstruction. Finally back in the gym. Upper body until therapist clears leg workouts. LFG!!
