On July 13, 1993, Davey Allison died after a helicopter crash at the age of 32. I often wonder how amazing the rivalry could've been in the mid-late 1990s with Davey carrying the Ford banner, and an upstart driver from Indiana carrying the Chevrolet banner. If only.. 🏁 #NASCAR

30 years ago today we lost a great guy, friend and racecar driver. Thank you Davey Allison you made a huge impact on my life.
