Elon Musk has shared this fake E! News video which claims USAID has paid millions to Hollywood celebrities to visit Ukraine. The community noted clip is the work of a Russian disinformation campaign that creates fake videos of news outlets to push anti-Ukrainian narratives.

This viral thread by a QAnon promoter has over 10 million views, huge engagenemt and no community note. But it's total nonsense. The thread is copied from a fake E! News video created by a Russian influence operation that imitates major news outlets to disparage Ukraine.

We probably should be a lot more suspicious of video we see online in the future (but probably won't be)
