Virgin Media. Terrible customer service. Landline not working for elderly parents and your customer service number is not working!!!

#virginmedia I have called you twice to fix a problem. Seems nobody has an answer + instead you unblocked all explicit content! I've not been able to access many normal websites such as recipes or climate reports. The message I get is 'access denied due to explicit content'.
