RIGHT NOW, in San Francisco’s city hall, Mayor Daniel Lurie is finding new ways to help the rich avoid paying their fair share. Let the mayor know that we don’t want taxes passed through to tenants. Tag Daniel Lurie 丹尼爾·羅偉 in the comments & let him know that you oppose raising rents!

San Franciscans deserve housing security, not displacement. The Mayor’s Family Zoning Plan still leaves more than 20,000 rent-controlled homes vulnerable to demolition. Thank you to Supervisors Fielder, Chan, Chen, and Walton for standing with tenants and working families.

Kevin Durant They look cheap and uncreative. There I answered your question. Will you answer my question about Skydio, a drone company you invested in, selling to the IDF, or will you stick by your brand of deflecting and ducking?

Mayor Lurie wants to undo the will of San Francisco voters and pass this massive developer tax break, under the guise of “unlocking” thousands of housing units. When actually, this tax has kept 20,000 San Franciscans housed and was meant *to fund affordable housing.*

I’ve spoken with multiple people present at the protest. Here are the facts: a mentally unstable woman—known to construction workers in the area—chanted anti semitic remarks while DSA members chanted “Tax the Rich.” Members tried to get her to stop, and chant over her. She left.

Mayor Lurie yesterday blamed a "group of individuals" for antisemitic chants at a San Francisco protest. The mayor's version was inaccurate. Video & witnesses reveal a lone, uninvited raving woman. But the statements led to viral online opprobrium. missionlocal.org/2026/02/sf-may…

Mayor Daniel Lurie is not particularly helping San Francisco’s image at the moment, as he posted a false claim that SF protesters were chanting “Tax the Jews” at a Wednesday event, even though video evidence proves it was just one lone kook passing by. buff.ly/jlCS8e1

Mayor Lurie and Supervisor Mahmood's “BUILD Act” would repeal a tax on rich real estate investors that has raised over $500m for housing working-class San Franciscans can afford. Send a letter to City Hall to reject this tax cut for the rich: dsasf.org/protectpropi 🧵

Lurie and Mahmood say cutting this tax will spur housing development. But Prop I mostly taxes sales of high-end office buildings, like 555 California, part-owned by Donald Trump and looking to sell: sfstandard.com/2025/08/05/san…

A few days before Daniel Lurie 丹尼爾·羅偉’s security assaulted a homeless man and Lurie lied about it, and the same day he concocted a fiction about an anti-Semitic hate rally, we watched Lurie, an heir to the Levi’s fortune, harass a man in a wheelchair who was sleeping on Market Street.

CHP San Francisco San Francisco Police Give everyone back their property and open a lane for bikes on the bay bridge! It is horrendous that you would punish someone just for riding their bike where there is no bike lane on the Bay Bridge for them to use

Connie Chan should oppose all weapons sales to Israel. And Saikat should apologize and make amends for his role in ousting Dean Preston, the author of the Gaza ceasefire resolution. Furthermore, Scott Wiener must be defeated.

Prop I has generated more than $500M in revenue for SF by taxing sales of properties worth more than $10M. This revenue has been used to keep tens of thousands San Franciscans housed and funded hundreds of permanently affordable homes.
