Crypto will continue to be controlled by governments and their superior money systems (fiat) until we make a true “economy” with both: A) a capital stock (which all cryptos have), AND B) a labor force (which basically none have).

This is one of the best documentaries on crypto and blockchain. It’s as factual as can reasonably expected, and exposes crypto’s weaknesses. Blockchain has merit and I’m optimistic about its potential, but we have to understand and fix the core issues, which I often post about.

Bitcoin’s base supply is as meaningless as USD’s base supply (which is tiny compared to total USD supply). People (like Connor) who I agree with on 99% of ethical matters don’t care about this important issue, sadly.
