It's okay to have your feelings without trying to interpret or translate them or take any immediate action. Just naming them and holding a space to feel them in your body, even if only in the most subtle way, is often enough to achieve a state change from the inside out.

Even if your mind forgets the date, your body remembers. Anniversaries of loss can bring waves of grief without warning. Your body is wise. Mark the date. Light a candle. Take a walk. Let your body guide you in honoring what it remembers. How will you honor your body?

A sad, & often infuriating, part of complex trauma recovery is coming to terms with exactly how much of the story we were told about ourselves, our family, our church, and/or reality, was distorted & withheld by people we should have been able to trust growing up.

AI has no mind/heart/soul. It is incapable of empathy, compassion, imagination, or intuition. It has no life experience. It cannot feel. It is just a simulation of a human being. It cannot care. It does not "hallucinate". If it generates incorrect data it is just malfunctioning.
