Also told by Sainsbury's Bank that I can’t speak to the person in their Bereavement Team that I have been dealing with, and who knows the case. And that’s after spending more than 40 minutes on the phone trying to get through to them! #VeryPoorService

I sent a parcel using the courier #evri. It’s gone missing and the company has not explained what has happened and it’s not possible to talk to someone about it. No sign of compensation. This is awful service.
