As someone who worked in domestic abuse interventions for over a decade it was a real honour to be part of such an important campaign. The experiences of the women were harrowing. The perspectives of the men were so insightful. We all have a responsibility to help stop abuse 🖤

There is an alarming pattern being reported in many organisations & industries of a disproportionate amount of PIPs being issued to Black and Asian employees. Companies really need to make a head start on this. It should be a key part of DEI work that is now being lost.

I understood that conversation last week about being Black and not talking at times in a corporate workplace because genuinely sometimes I’m silent because if I open my mouth I may never stop screaming.
