So the plunge has been taken, I have an EV charger at home! This should make running the Škoda UK Enyaq long termer a bit easier 😁 I'll be writing all about the admin side of getting a home charger in my first write up.

Just experienced my first double electric charger let down at my hotel - and at a nearby gym. The search will continue at dawn...

A few admin issues last night. Instavolt 50kW rapid charger to the rescue at 5am this morning. 50% charge in 1hr 10.

Worth noting that some car parks with EV chargers allow you to park for free, so long as you're charging. York has notoriously expensive parking. We managed to dodge a £13.50 parking fee, instead paying just £1.20, which also left us with a full charge.

First time using the MySKODA app to track home charging with the Škoda UK Enyaq iV. You can track it via the app using WiFi or mobile data. Pretty impressed so far. The charge limit function is really handy. #ElectricVehicles

Off with the PEUGEOT UK 308 1.2 PureTech Peteol in a cabin in the woods. Car filled to the brim (literally) with luggage for the family, and got 47mpg over 80 mile journey. Not bad.

Fair play to the Škoda UK Enyaq - saved me some money on hiring a van by swallowing these 900x1800 plasterboards. 👊

New long term wheels have arrived, the Škoda UK Kodiaq. The new digital instrument cluster makes a huge difference to the feel of the interior.
