WOW American Healthcare is totally broken. My old insurance co. BCBS wouldn't pay for Creon by AbbVie because it was $1000+ so I paid out of pocket. With new insurer i can get it for $5. Abbvie declined a rebate because i didn't use my insurer BECAUSE they wouldn't do it.
