Now up to 5 promised returned calls from Lennar that did not happen. Also lied to by their sub contractor who said they came to the house and did not. we’ve been without internet or tv for three weeks as they did not run cable to the house.

Sitting here still waiting after more than two hours waiting for our bags at Heathrow Airport flying with virginatlantic. The only update we had was 35mins ago saying they be here in 30 mins. Sleepless night on the plane with a toddler too.
