Never forget.

It is really difficult as a leader to keep your team motivated when almost every shift is a beat down because preventative maintenance gets pushed off and machines are constantly breaking down. It is incredibly frustrating.

“Leadership is not about being in charge. It’s about taking care of those in your charge.” Great thing to remember. Take care of your people.

I’m still learning as leader in my role at work. Tonight, for the first time, I took my lunch break away from my office to completely disconnect for 30 minutes. What a difference.

Hands down, one of MMF’s best albums they’ve ever put out. The themes throughout this album of our need for Jesus are incredible and thought provoking.
