Profoundly awful week professionally/emotionally/cognitively & sleep-wise--yet no PEM & durable cognitive envelope. A fraction of this intensity/duration normally destroys me. Perplexed, & wonder if it's at all to do w/the AmoxClav I'm on for yet another UTI? Too many mysteries.
