1) Thinking about MuseumHour, #Disney and heritage & also #AvengersEndgame (NO SPOILERS) which I saw over the weekend,& thought of an article I've written (to be published soon) about the layer of interpretation filming adds to heritage sites... #museumlearning #heritagelearning

2) And have decided this is my FAVOURITE use of a heritage site as a filming location - @EHdovercastle as a Hydra Base in #Avengers Age of Ultron. I've stood in that hallway at work many times & had Henry II or William Marshall walk out to me. Never though.

I didn't quite make #100booksbefore30 so here's Book #1 of #booksbefore31 - Wait For Me by Deborah Mitford. I loved the parts about opening Chatsworth -it spoke to the heritage professional in me! My dream is to work at a country house one day so that was fascinating

Inspired by BBC Springwatch, RSPB & Kent Wildlife Trust - I want to make our garden more wildlife friendly. We have a cat (who has, in her 8.5years, never caught a bird & only 1 mouse) - can I feed birds/have nest boxes? Already have done all wildlife friendly planting!

LOVE this! Such an overlooked woman who was so so interesting. Anyone who can consistently pretend to be surprised and delighted by Henry VIII dressing up as various characters should have been trending LONG AGO. #tudorhistory #SIXthemusical

Catching up on BBC Springwatch - @PaddleVsPlastic is not just a fabulous speaker, an amazing advocate for #nature and so inspiring but also- her hair is INCREDIBLE.

Catching up on last night's fab #MuseumHour. I moved from #freelance to employed as I was so worried about maternity pay, pensions etc. I'd be really interested how #MuseumFreelance professionals factor these in - especially as there are so many of us women freelancing!

Ooh fair point...I feel like maybe Elizabeth was cleverer with her fashion, using it to really shape her Queenship, whereas Henry was going for looking as sexy and masculine as possible. Maybe to make up for the whole son issue? Poor Mary. Feel bad for her now.

Today is the first day of Buckingham Palace Summer Opening and I am so so delighted with how the Family Pavilion is looking this year! It's one of the biggest projects of my working… instagram.com/p/B0JEo2jHwNz4…

#Museum family learning providers - what are your thoughts on things such as family bags and art stations once we reopen? Will it be possible/safe to still provide these? Or are you looking at different ideas? #museumlearning #familylearning

Some truly stupid work from British Gas - our final bill stating our tariff has no exit fees and then charging us £95 exit fees per fuel. Great work.

And this is the final bill from British Gas after: - 13 months of incorrect bills - an Ombudsman investigation which led to them being required to compensate us - no reply from British Gas Customer Service for MONTHS

Rosanna Heverin West (@rheverinwest) 's Twitter Profile Photo

And all this because British Gas have been unable to issue, for 13 months, a correct bill when given readings. In a cost of living/energy cost crisis, having to deal with incorrect bills asking for upwards of £700 at one point - which was NOT owed - has been horrendous

Dealing with this with British Gas whilst being heavily pregnant, then having a newborn, has been incredibly distressing. And I've had the support to be able to challenge it. A quick Google shows vulnerable customers have endured the same. It's not good enough.
